I didn’t get into consulting services to sound smart. I got into it because I’ve spent years inside real situations where things go wrong — fast, loud, and expensive if nobody takes control. My background is in nightlife, security, and operations where problems don’t wait for meetings. In bar management, you don’t get time to overthink. You read the room, make a call, and own the result. That mindset is what I bring to nightlife consulting.
I work with nightlife venues, teams, and owners who don’t need buzzwords — they need clarity. Whether it’s staff issues, customer problems, operational breakdowns, or culture that’s drifting off course, my job is to see what others miss and fix what’s being avoided.
I also understand the numbers behind the chaos. In small business consulting, every unresolved issue shows up somewhere — lost sales, higher costs, wasted labor, damaged reputation. I look at problems through the lens of impact, not just effort.
I don’t sell motivation, I don’t sell theory, I sell resolution.
I solve problems.
